About The Position

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and assembling dishes according to orders, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cooking line, and communicating effectively with the Chef and servers to ensure a smooth operation and a positive dining experience. This role also involves cleaning and organizing the kitchen at the end of the night. The position requires attention to detail, knowledge of the menu, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and understanding of cooking temperatures and health department basics.

Responsibilities

  • Prep Line for service
  • Assemble dishes as the order comes in
  • Maintain Line clean and organized
  • Communicate with Chef for any assistance needed or help
  • Communicate with servers for proper dining experience
  • Clean, organize kitchen at the end of the night.
