Line Cook – Independent Living (Full-Time)

In this role, you will prepare and serve high-quality meals in a restaurant-style dining environment while creating an exceptional dining experience for our residents. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, takes pride in presentation, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Previous cooking experience in hospitality, senior living, country club, or restaurant environments is preferred.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Minimum of one year of restaurant, hospitality, senior living, or equivalent cooking experience required
Nice To Haves
- Culinary degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality meals in a restaurant-style dining environment
- Ensure food is prepared, presented, and served according to community standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen while following all sanitation and food safety guidelines
- Demonstrate strong cooking skills, efficiency, and attention to detail in food preparation and production
- Collaborate with team members to provide an exceptional dining experience for residents
- Promote a warm, welcoming atmosphere through outstanding customer service and hospitality
