Requirements

  • Previous cooking experience in a professional kitchen
  • Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
  • Food Handler's / ServeSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift 30+ lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)

Responsibilities

  • Execute dishes with precision, consistency, and speed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
  • Follow proper food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ensure product quality, freshness, and proper stock rotation
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team during prep and service
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
  • Contribute to a positive, focused kitchen environment
