We are seeking candidates who have a passion for craft beverages, awesome food, hospitality and the desire to be a part of a team. Reporting to the Chef de Cuisine this critical position will produce hot and cold foods prepared to the highest standards set by the executive chef and sous chef. Working on the pizza station, this position requires proficiency in preparing and baking pizza dough. You are responsible for supporting and ensuring the standards, protocols and processes established by the Executive Chef are in compliance. This position is located at our Carmel Bistro and is an hourly full time position.
