The Line Cook is responsible for preparing all menu items according to established standards and recipes, providing exceptional quality food that is attractively presented in a timely fashion. This role also ensures health protocols are always followed, including proper hygiene, sanitary food preparation, and proper food temperatures. The Line Cook will also familiarize themselves with the residents and their preferences and needs, and participate in resident orientations.
