About The Position
Stauffer's Cafe is seeking an experienced line cook for morning and evening shifts. Weekend availability is mandatory. Previous high-volume restaurant line experience is required, excluding retirement centers or fast food establishments. A current PC level food handler's permit issued by the Lincoln Lancaster County Health Department (LLCHD) is necessary.
Requirements
- Previous (recent) line experience in a high volume restaurant.
- Must hold a current PC level food handler's permit issued by the Lincoln Lancaster County Health Department (LLCHD).
- Availability for morning and evening shifts, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Work efficiently during morning and evening shifts, including weekends.
