About The Position

Plan, prep, set up, and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for guests.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Ability to lift 30-50 pounds and work on your feet for long periods
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow specific set-up requirements

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of restaurant experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepare menu items and specials following recipes and plating specifications.
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas.
  • Ensure equipment is used correctly and maintained properly.
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly.
  • Restock supplies and manage inventory.
  • Adhere to state health regulations and hotel standards.
  • Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by the manager/ supervisor.
