About The Position

Lost Cowboy of the Michael Timothy's Dining Group is actively seeking a motivated full-time Line Cook to prepare and cook food in our Nashua, NH location. This role is key to providing high-quality food to guests. Following recipes with care, you will clean, cut, and cook all food items in accordance with our procedures and health regulations. You will keep stations clean and stocked as well as work with servers and other kitchen staff members to complete orders. With attention to detail, you will ensure that food is plated well and finished in a timely manner. You will enjoy creating the exceptional dishes our guests will love!

Requirements

• Experience working in a commercial kitchen
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good time management and task prioritization skills
• Patience and professionalism with staff and customers

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and procedures.
• Clean, cut, and cook all food items in accordance with health regulations.
