About The Position

Dash In, a proud member of the Wills Group family of brands, is introducing a new, chef-inspired food concept designed to revolutionize the world of delicious eats in a 24/7 retail setting. We are building a strong Back of House (BOH) team to prepare delectable dishes and provide an exceptional food service experience to our guests.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete company-paid GED program).
1 year of food service experience, specifically as a line cook or prep cook.
Customer service experience.
Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
Authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years of age.
Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Active ServSafe certification or similar qualification.
Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software.
Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards to prepare culinary dishes.
Monitor prep levels to ensure freshness and readiness for service.
Maintain a clean and organized prep station, including restocking and tidying.
Receive and properly store incoming goods.
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the kitchen.
Interact with guests and provide a personalized experience.
Operate food service equipment such as deep fryers and slicers.
Use proper lifting techniques to handle heavy containers (e.g., five-gallon soft drink containers, 50-65 pounds).
