We’re hiring Line Cooks to join our dynamic team across multiple venues, including our Buffet, Coasters, and PJ Clarke’s.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ year of cooking experience in a restaurant or hotel is a plus—but not required
• Willingness to learn—we provide on-the-job training!

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, finish, and garnish food according to established recipes
• Follow all food safety, recipe, and portion control procedures
• Assist in various areas of food production as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen in compliance with health regulations
