LCB Senior Living is hiring a Line Cook at The Residence at Melrose Station. This role involves providing a high level of customer service and promoting a restaurant-style dining atmosphere. The Line Cook will work closely with the Culinary Services Director and/or Executive Director to ensure resident satisfaction with food and dining programs. Responsibilities include assisting with the supervision of culinary staff, preparing and executing dining enhancement programs, maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, and ensuring food is received, stored, and prepared according to company standards. The position also involves estimating food and supply needs, participating in meal preparation according to recipes and menus, documenting food temperatures, preparing snacks and beverages, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and assisting with special events.
