About The Position

The Hilton Garden Inn - Uniontown is hiring a Line Cook to join our team of passionate Hospitality professionals. The Hilton Garden Inn Uniontown is a busy hotel serving visitors to Uniontown for 10 years. We have a restaurant, bar, and banquet space to serve guests and group needs. The hotel is managed by Prospera Hospitality, a proudly Pittsburgh based hotel management company with over 20 years of experience managing hotels, restaurants, and convention centers.

Requirements

• Previous cooking experience is required.

• Previous hotel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prep work, portion control, garnishing and preparation of dishes according to standards set by the Restaurant Manager and by the Hilton Brand.
• Opening up the kitchen and setting up the buffet according to standards set by the Restaurant Manager and Hilton (for breakfast cooks).
• Prepare food for the restaurant, bar, and hotel functions (for evening cooks).
