Requirements

  • 3+ years of kitchen or line cook experience preferred
  • Current Food Handler Certification required
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
  • Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Able to help prep for the line and be adaptable
  • Open to coaching, feedback, and cross-training opportunities
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and plate menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Maintain speed, organization, and consistency during service
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures
  • Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and rotated correctly
  • Accommodate dietary restrictions and special guest requests
  • Keep stations clean, stocked, and service-ready throughout shifts
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Collaborate with teammates to create a positive and supportive kitchen culture
  • Assist with additional kitchen duties as needed
