The Line Cook is responsible for daily culinary operations within their assigned station, including prep and maintaining par levels. This role also involves assisting with banquet preparation and operations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to workplace safety and proper food handling standards. The Line Cook will work collaboratively as part of a team, contribute to the club's upcoming activities and events, and maintain a clean environment throughout various kitchen areas, equipment, floors, waste areas, and the loading dock. The position requires performing daily kitchen prep tasks and assigned station items.
