Requirements

• Great Attitude: Culture comes first here. We bring positive energy, support our peers, and check egos at the door.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (up to 8+ hours) in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strength: Ability to safely lift and carry up to 40 lbs (cases of produce, heavy pots, supplies, etc.).

Nice To Haves

• Previous professional line cook experience is a plus, but an unbeatable work ethic and coachable mindset are our top priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and garnish food items in accordance with recipes, plating guides, and portion standards.
• Set up and stock your station with all necessary supplies and food products prior to service.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and temperature control standards.
• Work cleanly, efficiently, and calmly under pressure during peak service hours.
• Assist fellow team members with prep and closing duties to ensure a smooth shift for the entire restaurant.
