The Line Cook must ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of food. Additionally, they will assist in inventory management, including rotating stock and notifying management of any low inventory items. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all areas are sanitary and ready for use at all times, is also a key part of the role. The Line Cook will work closely with other kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth operations and timely food service.
