About The Position

Thunderdome Restaurant Group is seeking passionate and driven individuals to join their team as Line Cooks. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of all menu items meets Thunderdome's standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will be eager to grow with the company and contribute to its success. The position involves continuous physical activity, including bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds. It also requires manual dexterity, good hearing and vision, and the ability to follow instructions.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean and efficient work station
• Maintains a clean and professional appearance
• Sets up and stocks all necessary items
• Follows proper compliance of safety, sanitation and health standards
• Maintains a positive and cooperative team environment
• Prepares menu items by using proper knife skills and cooking techniques
