About The Position

Join the culinary team at Crooked Tree Tavern, where mountain views meet fresh, flavorful dining! As a Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience through high-quality food preparation, precise execution, and teamwork in a fast-paced, energetic kitchen. In this hands-on, seasonal position, you’ll be part of a collaborative crew dedicated to crafting delicious dishes that fuel adventure and embody the spirit of Mt. Hood Meadows. From prepping ingredients and managing ticket flow to maintaining top-notch sanitation and safety standards, you’ll take pride in every plate you serve. Our ideal candidate is adaptable, dependable, and committed to excellence, ready to deliver great food and great experiences, no matter the season.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age or older
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Must be available to work evening, weekends, and holidays
• Must have reliable transportation for winter driving conditions
• Current Oregon Food Handlers Card or Serve Safe Certification
• Minimum 1-year culinary experience or formal culinary education
• Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
