About The Position
Line Cooks, part of Chili's Heart of House team, help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to Chili's recipes, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, and helping keep orders moving continuously. Team members contribute to a safe and welcoming environment while supporting a positive experience for every Guest.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Properly learn and execute all recipe procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
