About The Position

Metro Diner is seeking experienced, part-time Line Cooks who are passionate about great food and fast-paced kitchens. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to Metro Diner standards, maintaining food quality, consistency, and presentation, and adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. You will also be expected to keep your workstation clean and organized and work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service periods. Metro Diner is a well-established, full-service restaurant concept with growth opportunities, known for its warm, welcoming service, large portion sizes, and serious diner food.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant cooking experience required
• Ability to work in a high-volume kitchen
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Team-oriented attitude
• Evening, Weekend and Holiday Availability Required
