As a Line Cook, you are responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing, cooking, and plating breakfast and brunch menu items, including eggs, pancakes, waffles, French toast, proteins, vegetables, sandwiches, soups, and other hot and cold food products. This role helps ensure food is prepared according to T’s standards for timing, portion control, recipe execution, food quality, and plate presentation. The Line Cook is also responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift, properly stocking and rotating products, supporting smooth kitchen operations, and completing end-of-shift cleaning, restocking, and kitchen closing responsibilities.
