About The Position

Back Creek Golf Club is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Line Cook to join their team. The Line Cook will use their talent to create delicious meals for all guests, whether they are enjoying a burger at the tavern, attending a corporate event, or celebrating a loved one's celebration. Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 Years experience in restaurant and banquet arenas
  • Must be neat and present a professional appearance at all times.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Culinary School Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • To follow policies and schedules for the operation in the kitchen facility.
  • To assist in looking for new and profitable ways to better serve the guests.
  • To assist in ensuring the cleanliness of the facility is of the highest priority, making sure that the reputation of the service is maintained at all times.
  • To help in the coordination of all events and activities with the operating departments of the Golf Course in order to provide the best possible service to the guests
  • Following standardized recipes set forth by management.
  • Ensure any customer complaints are handled efficiently and tactfully.
  • At all times, present a favorable image.
