We are looking for a few more people to join our kitchen team as we get into spring and summer. We are located in Burlington's South End right next to BBCO and Switchback Brewery. We are not just a pub as all our ciders are pressed, fermented and packaged on site. We have a full lunch and dinner menu, and retail shop. We get a lot of tourism and cider loves through our doors. We rely on our staff to deliver an exceptional experience to all of our guests as they represent our brand's history, message, and ciders every day. Due to our cider being gluten free we also offer a great menu of gluten free fare for our GF guests. We are looking for Part-Time and Full-Time Line Cooks to join us. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of restaurant experience (although we are always willing to train the right person). We have a menu that uses our ciders in many of our dishes to highlight the versatility of our products. We hope to find people that are enthusiastic to learn about cider and our various products, thrive in fast-paced environments, and can work well in a team setting. The schedule is flexible, althought some weekend availability is valuable. Summary: To participate in operating a clean, sanitary and orderly kitchen. And to provide quality meals with continuity in Citizen Cider's Cider Pub.
