About The Position

Join our professional kitchen team in this essential culinary role. Primary responsibilities include: Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Coordinate and manage food orders efficiently during service periods Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned workstation and equipment Implement effective food waste management practices and portion control measures Execute proper inventory management procedures and stock rotation Adhere to all health and safety protocols and food handling guidelines

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months professional cooking experience in a commercial kitchen setting
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
  • Capability to maintain extended periods of standing and walking throughout shift duration
  • Physical dexterity to perform essential functions including reaching, grasping, bending, kneeling, and twisting
  • Valid and current food safety certifications and required licenses
