Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
  • Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not limited to knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens required.
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 yr. previous kitchen / culinary / chef experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ticket orders for proteins.
  • Execute proper food temperatures and follow company specifications.
  • Maintain a clean station and workspace.
  • Follow proper sanitation protocols.
  • Perform opening duties.
  • Perform closing cleaning duties.
