About The Position

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards, and ensuring proper portioning and presentation. This role involves managing assigned stations, maintaining cleanliness and organization, monitoring inventory, and following instructions from culinary leadership. The Line Cook must work efficiently during busy service periods, adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, and perform quality control checks on all dishes.
