About The Position
Prepares and cooks food for a multi-unit operation following all established standards. Ensures quality food service, presentation, and taste are always provided. Must be highly motivated and detailed oriented with a passion to deliver best-in-class food.
Requirements
- Must be able to work a flexible and varying schedule based on business demands.
- Consistent attendance is a job requirement.
- Possession of SNHD Health card and any other required certifications or licenses.
- 1 year of Line Cook experience is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepares food in a timely fashion that is to the specifications of the recipe, including being aware of allergen information, using proper knife skills, and ensuring the quality of food meets Universal standards.
- Follows proper State of Nevada HACCP program and ServSafe certification and procedures, along with properly using the portion control tools and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Performs daily operating procedures which include closing/opening, stocking, and helping unload deliveries.
- Partners closely with other Team Members in a fast-paced kitchen environment, along with providing excellent guest service in moments of guest interaction.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
