Requirements

  • A love for food and a passion for creating delicious experiences
  • Experience in full-service kitchens (grill, broil, sauté, and fry stations—we got it all)
  • Skills in food handling, storage, and all things prep
  • Positive vibes and teamwork with both front-of-house and back-of-house
  • Curiosity to learn, grow, and level up your kitchen skills
  • Valid Food Handler’s card
  • Excitement to dive deeper into Japanese cuisine and beverages

Nice To Haves

  • At least a year in a high-energy, fast-paced kitchen
