About The Position

We’re seeking a skilled and dependable Line Cook to prepare high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Line Cook works closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality, proper timing, and a clean, organized station during service.

Requirements

  • Previous line cook or similar kitchen experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Attention to detail and consistency
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [X] lbs
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
  • Set up and maintain assigned station before, during, and after service
  • Ensure food is cooked, plated, and garnished correctly and on time
  • Follow portion control and minimize food waste
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station and kitchen
  • Comply with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Communicate effectively with chefs, expo, and kitchen staff
  • Assist with prep work and restocking as needed
