Islander 71 Fish House & Raw Bar is seeking experienced Line Cooks to join the kitchen team during our peak season from March through August. This role is responsible for executing dishes consistently, maintaining strong station organization, and supporting smooth kitchen operations during high-volume service. We are looking for cooks who already have solid kitchen experience and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in food quality, works well with a team, and can perform under pressure during busy services. Strong performance during the season may lead to an opportunity to convert into a full-time position.
