Our Line Cooks are responsible for the preparation, presentation and recipes of all menu items in their assigned station. Maggiano's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, following 'The Maggiano's Way'. Brinker International, founded by Norman Brinker, pioneered casual dining and is the name behind Maggiano's Little Italy, which opened in Chicago. Today, Brinker International operates thousands of restaurants. The Kitchen team, including Line Cooks, runs scratch kitchens with fast pace and professionalism, consistently delivering high-quality dishes. This team is described as true foodies, energized by creative inspiration from the culinary team in Dallas, and operates in a fast-paced environment requiring dedication and commitment to excellence for various events, from special occasions to large weddings.
