We are a busy scratch kitchen in the Finger Lakes looking for a solid line cook who can handle a real service and be part of a tight team. This is not a slow paced kitchen. We do consistent volume every night and rely on each other to stay organized, communicate, and get through service clean. If you take pride in your station and like working with people who care about doing things right, you will do well here. Dinner service runs 5pm to 9pm and stays busy. Shifts start around 1-2pm, but we can be flexible. You will work both prep and line across multiple stations. Open kitchen so cleanliness and professionalism matter. Small team that depends on each other every night.
