About The Position

Established in 1928, the West Shore Country Club offers golf, tennis, swimming, dining, and social activities on 164 acres in South Central Pennsylvania. The club provides a sophisticated atmosphere for various events, from business meetings to weddings. West Shore Country Club is seeking creative individuals to join its seasoned culinary team as Line Cooks. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a High School diploma or GED.
• Previous hospitality industry cooking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation principles.
• Awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions and skilled in following food safety practices

Responsibilities

• Ensure work areas are clean and sanitized
• Prepare workstation with required tools needed
• Prepare food items according to club recipes and standards
• Assist Sous Chef in other areas as needed
• All kitchen staff is expected to comply with all state and local health and safety regulations
