About The Position

We are looking for three experienced line cooks to join our team. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a professional kitchen and reliable self-transportation. Some shifts may require cooking in the Pool kitchen. If you are passionate about cooking and ready to work in a dynamic kitchen environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a line cook role.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain high food quality and safety standards.
  • Self-transportation required.
  • Candidates applying for higher skill stations (e.g., grill) should have a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Cook food according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables and portioning meats.
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Manage multiple orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adapt to changing menu items and specials.
  • Assist with inventory and stock rotation as needed.
