About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role requires attention to detail, a passion for food, and the ability to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets presentation standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Assist in inventory management and food storage practices
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Participate in menu planning and development as needed
