O+O Events is seeking a talented Line Cook to join our growing culinary team. From weddings and chef tastings to corporate dinners and private celebrations, our team creates memorable dining experiences using the same chef-driven philosophy that has made Olive + Oak and the O+O Hospitality Group one of St. Louis's most respected hospitality companies. Requirements

At least 2 years of professional kitchen experience preferred
Strong knife skills and comfort working multiple stations
Experience in scratch kitchens preferred
Reliable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A team-first attitude and genuine passion for great food
Desire to learn, grow, and develop your culinary career

Responsibilities

Prepare and execute dishes for weddings, private dinners, cocktail receptions, brunches, and special events
Work a variety of stations including grill, sauté, pantry, and fry
Execute menus according to event specifications and banquet event orders (BEOs)
Assist with tastings, prep production, and event service
Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety
Contribute to a positive, respectful, team-oriented kitchen culture
