About The Position
Line Cooks, known at Chili’s as Heart of House Team Members, help set the pace for a great shift by preparing food and providing dependable, fast service. The role involves following recipe procedures, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, and keeping food orders moving continuously. Candidates should enjoy teamwork and be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

- Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
