The ideal candidate will possess the following: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a line cook position in a fast paced, high-volume restaurant Ability to work different stations on the line Previous breakfast cook experience including egg cookery The ability to work a varied schedule that includes morning, swing shift, late night, weekend and holiday shifts as needed Hotel prep and full-service restaurant line experience a plus! Previous hotel and banquet experience is highly preferred Pay Rate: $21.00 an hour Shift Pattern: varies based on business needs; includes mornings, afternoons and evenings

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Prepare cold food items including, but not limited to, salads, sandwiches, pizzas, hamburgers, appetizers, etc. according to designated recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times
  • Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure knowledge of menu and food products
  • Stock and maintain designated food stations(s)
  • Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen
  • Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
