About The Position

Cooks are responsible for preparing quality food, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting an efficient café operation. They ensure recipes are followed consistently, food is prepared safely, and kitchen areas remain clean and organized.

  • Previous cook or kitchen experience required

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and plate menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Complete customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked work area.
  • Complete assigned prep work and properly label, date, store, and rotate food products.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
  • Perform opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
  • Wash and store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Communicate product, equipment, or service issues to leadership.
  • Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with guests.
  • Assist with inventory and ordering tasks as needed.
