Requirements

A strong sense of accountability for the quality and presentation of every dish prepared
The ability to follow recipes, take direction, and execute consistently to restaurant standards
Proficient knife skills including chopping, slicing, dicing, and cutting with accuracy and control
The physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform effectively in a high-heat, active kitchen
Must be able to pass a background check to receive an airport badge
Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Prepare and execute recipes and plating standards consistently to ensure a quality experience for every guest
Maintain knowledge of food safety procedures including proper temperatures for ingredient storage and food preparation
Operate as a collaborative and dependable member of the kitchen team
Perform short order cooking in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Operate the fryer and flat top grill with skill and precision
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace throughout each shift
Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold a safe working environment
Prep and portion ingredients in support of daily kitchen operations
Restock and replenish product and inventory supplies as needed
Interact with guests in a positive and professional manner
Perform all other duties as assigned
