Requirements

  • Proven experience as a line cook, preferably in seafood or grill-focused restaurants
  • Knowledge of seafood preparation and grilling techniques
  • Ability to operate a wood fire grill safely and efficiently
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook seafood dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Operate and maintain the wood fire grill to ensure optimal cooking results
  • Assist in food prep, including cleaning, portioning, and organizing ingredients
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
