Now Hiring: Line Cooks for our Emmy Squared Short Pump location! Known for our Detroit-Style pizza, served with a side of Brooklyn Soul, Emmy Squared is a growing restaurant group with locations across multiple states and more on the way. We’ve earned loyal fans (and a few awards!) for our crispy Frico crusts, delicious burgers, and welcoming neighborhood vibe. As a Line Cook, you’ll bring the heat, the hustle, and the attention to detail that keeps our kitchen running smoothly. You’ll work alongside a supportive culinary team to deliver high-quality food with speed, precision, and pride.

Requirements

• Kitchen experience in a fast-paced, scratch-cook environment
• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
• Solid knife skills and ability to follow recipes
• Comfort with high-volume service and time-sensitive execution
• A desire to learn and grow in a supportive kitchen culture

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Emmy standards
• Work clean and organized in a high-volume kitchen
• Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation specs consistently
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Support your teammates and communicate clearly during service
