About The Position
Line Cooks are members of Chili’s Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to company recipes, keeping the kitchen clean and safe, and helping orders flow continuously from the kitchen. Line Cooks communicate ticket times to Team Members and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
Responsibilities
