About The Position

The Line Cook is responsible for executing menu items with precision, consistency, and efficiency. This role is integral to maintaining kitchen standards, ensuring food quality, and supporting a smooth service operation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
  • Strong understanding of cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
  • Set up and stock assigned workstation with all necessary supplies
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with health regulations
  • Follow proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order execution
  • Assist with inventory management, prep work, and kitchen closing duties
  • Monitor food quality and report any inconsistencies or issues to kitchen leadership
