About The Position

Line Cooks are members of Chili’s Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift by preparing and moving food orders efficiently. The role focuses on executing recipes, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, communicating ticket times, and contributing to a welcoming environment. Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
