The Line Cook is responsible for preparing ingredients and cooking menu items using a variety of techniques and equipment. This role ensures dishes are recreated with consistency and care across restaurant and banquet operations. The Line Cook will set up and maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation, follow proper food handling, sanitization, and storage procedures, and help minimize food waste while ensuring the quality of all ingredients used.
