Requirements

  • A basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and a willingness to assist your teammates in creating exceptional dining experiences.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs during shifts.
  • Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work independently or follow specific directives.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh and rotated properly, checking for quality and keeping inventory organized.
  • Follow recipes and cooking techniques to prepare a variety of dishes, including grilling, roasting, frying, and baking.
  • Plate dishes with care, ensuring proper garnish and presentation standards for every order.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area for proper food handling and safety.
  • Stock and maintain food products at the line stations to support a smooth and efficient service.
  • Assist with food prep during off-peak hours, substitute for other cooks during rush periods, and collaborate as part of the kitchen team.
  • Follow the closing checklist to clean and organize kitchen stations, assisting others as needed.
  • Attend staff meetings and offer suggestions for continuous improvement.
