San Antonio Winery is looking to hire part-time and full-time positions for our upcoming location San Simeon Estates in Paso Robles. We are considering applicants with Sous Chef, Line Cook and Prep, and Kitchen management experience. We are open 7 days a week during the day. Successful candidates will play a key role in contributing to customer satisfaction in our Bistro and Event Center. Experience in pasta, Grill, Pizzas, Salads, Sandwiches, and Sauces are a plus. Responsibilities for Various Positions: Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Clean up the station and take care of leftover food Stock inventory appropriately Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Proven prep/cooking experience is preferred, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook, sous chef, prep cook. Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks Familiar with industry’s best practices Bilingual in English is preferred but will consider Spanish Speaking only candidates.
