About The Position
Golden Gai is a cozy, izakaya-inspired space focusing on sushi and small plates, along with a large selection of gin and unique cocktails. We are looking for a Line Cook to join our team! This is a FT position, that requires open availability.
Requirements
- Open availability including evenings and weekends
- 2+ years working in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment.
- Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude with a teamplayer mindset
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move during the entire shift including frequent bending and stooping
Nice To Haves
- Sushi / Japanese cuisine experience is a big advantage!
Responsibilities
