Responsible for performing a variety of cooking duties, including but not limited to receiving ticket orders, routing tickets by order type for fast service, and promptly cooking, arranging, and presenting orders according to prescribed procedures. Accurate preparation of all types of egg orders, omelets, steaks, chops, sea foods, burgers, sandwiches, and appetizers. Maintains a well-stocked and clean kitchen at all times, while following proper sanitary, safety, and food handling techniques. Other duties as assigned by supervisors and management. This position functions primarily in a fast paced, high volume production kitchen operating 24-hours a day, 365-days a year.
